As part of our inventory and documentation process, we photograph items and rooms in your home or business. These photos are used solely to document your claim for insurance purposes, are stored securely, and are not shared publicly or with any third party except your insurance carrier, adjuster, or restoration contractor as needed to process your claim. Photos are retained only as long as needed for your claim and our records.
