Does We Packout repair or rebuild my home?
No — we're a contents restoration specialist, not a general contractor. We pack out, inventory, clean, store, and return your belongings so your restoration contractor can dry out and repair the structure itself. If you need a contractor referral, we're happy to help point you in the right direction.
What types of damage do you handle?
Fire, water, storm, and mold damage to residential and commercial contents, including smoke and soot, flooding, wind damage, frozen and burst pipes, and mold-affected belongings.
How fast can you respond?
We offer 24/7 emergency response with a live after-hours answering service — no automated loop. In most cases we can be on-site the same day to begin inventory and pack-out.
Will my insurance cover this?
In most cases, yes. We work with all insurance carriers and bill directly wherever possible, so you're not paying out of pocket and waiting on reimbursement.
What happens to items that can't be saved?
We document anything beyond cleaning or repair in a clear, itemized non-salvage list with photos, which supports your insurance claim for those items.
