What if I want items placed differently than they were?
No problem. You can direct us during packback to place items in new locations. Our crew is flexible. We just use the inventory as a starting guide.
How long does packback take?
Usually 1-3 days depending on volume. A small apartment might take one day. A large house could take 2-3 days. We'll give you an exact estimate based on your inventory.
What if something was damaged during storage or restoration?
We document everything before packback. Damage is noted and communicated to your insurance. Before/after photos are provided. We work with your adjuster to address any issues.

Absolutely. Many families want to be present as items are returned. You can watch, direct placement, and be part of the final restoration process.
